KYOTO HAUS

KYOTO HOUS is a 140-year-old Machiya traditional townhouse and located on the east side of Kyoto Gosho. Various information, technologies, materials as well as experts come to the place and their technical and creative thoughts exist in the same space and across each other.
The Machiya architecture was divided in an appropriate room layout. Innovative digital fabrication equipment is set up in each area to provide smooth communication by prototyping.

京都御所の東側に位置する築１４０年の町屋（HAUS）が私たちのアイコンです。ここには、あらゆる 情報、テクノロジー、素材 そして専門家が集まり【 テクニカル 】と【 クリエイティブ 】の考え方が常に同じ空間に存在し交互に横断を続けています。
町屋建築の伝統的な間取りに対して適切にゾーニングされた各エリアには、先進的なデジタル・ファブリケーション機材が設置されており、プロトタイピングによるコミュニケーションが円滑に行える空間が広がっています。
